New generation 2 in 1 dent pulling machine. The COMBISPOT 230 V allows dent pulling on both steel and aluminium car bodies. A new repair process using mono-point and multi-point traction saves time and increases profitability. This process does not require any disassembly or trim removal.
STEEL DENT PULLER ASSETS
Only 2 parameters to select :
- the output power level (amongst 11 levels)
- the tool which is used (amongst 7 tools)
Manual triggering :
Manual gun : the welding occurs when pressing the trigger when the tool is in contact with the part to straighten.
ALUMINIUM DENT PULLER ASSETS
Microprocessor control and digital display :
- Adjustable voltage from 50V to 200V (with memory of last voltage displayed), or power level from 0 to 10.
- Stud presence detection.
- Double copper pad earth adapted on the gun.
Technology : powerful capacitive discharge (66 mF) technology to weld M4 studs on all AlSi and AlMg aluminium sheets.
DELIVERED WITH
For steel welding :
- An earth cable 5 (2m cable, Ø 70 mm², with connector)
- 1 multifunction gun 4 (1 cable with connector : 2m cable – Ø 70 mm²) :
- welding of studs, rivets, rings, washers
- contact shrinking, graphite pen - a complete accessories and consumables box (ref 050075 : spotter accessories box 1 )
- Power supply cable : 8m.
For aluminium welding :
- 1 gun 3 (3m cable, Ø 25 mm², with connector) to weld M4 studs :
- Aluminium magnesium
- Aluminium silicium - 3 brass pad earth 6 adapted on the gun for quick and easy contact directly on the area to straighten.
