concept also for painting plants.

Thanks to the most advanced “green” technologies that work interacting with each other, ELECTRA was born, a state-of-the-art painting and drying booth that does not use any fossil fuel but only the power of electricity (therefore there is no burner).

The main feature is the set of short-wave infrared lamps, distributed inside the cabin and managed by software that optimises them to the maximum performance and consumption in all phases of work.

The new latest generation 4.0 Touch Screen panel:

• It manages the work phases (temperature, duration and ventilation) through the Spanesi control program based on parameters selected by the operator;
• Allows automatic control (via INVERTERS) of the selected pressure;
• It allows the display of the costs of each single work phase, the display of the total costs from the first start of the oven (it is possible to download cost reports with USB key, tablet and smartphone)
• Manages pressure switches with clogging alarm (5) filters.

• The total absence of burners avoids any request for prior authorisation to the competent authorities (Fire Brigade). 
• This system, therefore, is particularly suitable for all those who find themselves in a situation where it is NOT possible or very complex to install a burner;
• The operation of a fully electric substation allows significant savings in terms of operating costs in all those situations in which one enjoys advantages or reductions in the purchase of electricity; 
• The infrared system DOES NOT overturn the working method acquired over time with a traditional cabin;
• With the infrared system there is NO dispersion of burnt gases into the atmosphere;
• The infrared system is well suited to all those who need high productivity painting systems.
