Extra-wide tow hook as a quick problem solver for - dismantling wishbones from the ball joint clamping hole.
This help is needed if, for example, the ball joint is worn out or the axle boots need to be replaced.
Due to the special profile shape, the hook also represents a problem solution for pulls on the A, B or C pillar.
In contrast to other tow hooks on the market, this hook does not have an internal thread with a defined size, but is connected to the slide hammer rod using a joint piece with a matching thread.
This has the following advantages:
- A lock nut is not necessary.
- The resulting joint provides more flexibility when hooking in.
- Using a suitable joint piece, the tow hook can be connected to any suitable slide hammer.
Suitable for slide hammer basic devices 5 kg or 9 kg, item no. 101212HS-10 or 101312HS-10.
